No. One person may hold only one active account on mcpedl. We detect multiple accounts using email address, phone number, national ID, and device fingerprinting. If we discover you are operating more than one account, we will suspend all accounts and may withhold any pending withdrawals while we investigate.
If you have a legitimate reason to close your current account (e.g. you no longer wish to use mcpedl, or you are moving to a jurisdiction where we do not operate), contact our support team. We will help you withdraw your remaining balance and close your account permanently. After closure, you may open a new account using a different email and phone number, but you must be a different legal person—account sharing is also prohibited.
Go to the mcpedl login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter the email address or phone number linked to your account. We send a password-reset link to your email or a one-time code to your phone. Click the link or enter the code to set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters. After you reset your password, you can log in immediately with your new credentials.

Provide your username and the last four digits of your national ID for verification. Our team will help you regain access to your account.
Payments and transactions
Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method. DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet typically support deposits from a small minimum (e.g. our welcome offer) up to several million rupiah per transaction. Bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) have higher limits, often our welcome offerinimum and several million maximum per transfer. Daily account preferences may apply; check the payment method details during checkout on mcpedl.
We do not charge deposit fees. All money you transfer reaches your mcpedl account balance. Some payment providers may deduct a small transaction fee on their end, but mcpedl passes through the full amount you send. If you deposit during a promotional period, bonus terms apply—see the Promotions section in your mcpedl account for current offers.
Withdrawal requests on mcpedl enter a review queue after you submit them. Our standard review window is one business day, though high-volume periods (e.g. during Piala AFF finals or Idul Fitri holidays) may extend this. Once approved, the funds are sent to your bank account or e-wallet. Bank transfers typically arrive within one to two business days; e-wallet transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) often arrive within minutes to a few hours, depending on your provider.

Withdrawal minimums and maximums depend on your account status and verification level. Fully verified accounts can typically withdraw up to a daily maximum (exact amounts vary by payment method and your jurisdiction). There is no maximum daily withdrawal on mcpedl itself, but your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transaction limits.
New accounts may have lower limits until you complete additional verification steps. If you reach a limit and need to withdraw more, contact our support team—we may be able to arrange a larger withdrawal or split it across multiple days. For withdrawals during holidays (e.g. Idul Fitri or Idul Adha), allow extra processing time; bank networks operate on reduced schedules.
Games and gameplay
We offer a limited demo mode for some slot games (e.g. Mahjong Ways, Sweet Bonanza, Aviator) so you can familiarize yourself with the rules and interface before you deposit. Demo mode gives you virtual credits that reset when you close the game—no real money is at stake. Winnings or losses in demo mode do not affect your actual account balance.
